Enrichment
At Queens’ we offer a plethora of enrichment opportunities, the purpose of which is to encourage the diversification of skills and experiences for all our students, readying them for their next steps beyond school.
Enrichment choices are timetabled for Year 12, with those students taking three qualifications choosing from a range of options, including the Extended Project Qualification (EPQ), core mathematics, culture & society and a technology rotation.
Beyond the timetable, students are offered a wide range of student leadership opportunities that allow them to lead on charity events, fundraisers and even lead their own enrichment clubs.
Educational trips and visits continue throughout the Sixth Form journey, with students visiting the Houses of Parliament, London Theatres and the V&A museum. Students also have the opportunity to take trips further afield with geography exploring Iceland, MFL visiting France and Spain, social science touring Berlin and PE enjoying the annual ski trip.
